A booking contract exists between Neithal Ventures and you / your firm when we have confirmed you on tour package of your choice to Andaman & Nicobar Islands and we have received your booking request and payment. By making payment, confirms that you and your group accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old
Neithal Ventures reserve the right of accommodation for tour programme. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented on request. Agency will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotels due to the aforesaid reason
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note – PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card
All payments can be made by cash, cheque, Demand Draft or bank transfer. All the tour cost mentioned is exclusive of the bank service charges and will be added to your invoice cost.
The price of your travel arrangement are subject to surcharges in case of unforeseen hike in service prices including fuel prices, schedule airfare, any taxes levied by the government etc.,
Neithal Ventures will notify you in case of price changes, if required
Hereby you agree that Neithal Ventures’ choice of vendors in this tour programme and Neithal is not responsible for the quality of service of those vendors
Tours once booked follows our cancellation or change policy as appropriate
We accept the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our agents, which include our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the following circumstances, which fall outside our
direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.
The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for:
Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused.
Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any person traveling with him howsoever caused.
We are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
After confirmation, if you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, we will do utmost to make these changes, but it may not always be possible.
Due to changes if there are additional cost incurred to Neithal Ventures, the same will be levied to the guest(s)
On all changes made including cancellation, 5% of the total cost before changes will be levied as service fee
Cancellation on pre-booked logistics like Air Line booking, accommodation booking etc., will be as per vendor policy and any charge levied to Neithal Ventures, will be passed on to Guest.
Cancellation on other and/or proprietary services will be as follows:
For cancellations received 30 days or more – 100% refund of the cost
15 days or more – 50% refund of the cost
Less than15 days before package start data – no refund
No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15 Dec– 15 Jan.
No refunds for unused nights or early check-out.
All the re-payments for the cancellation will be paid in 3-4 weeks of cancellation.
All re-funds will be made through bank transfer only.
All refund is subject to bank charges.

Cancellation charges will be applicable from the time of receipt of the cancellation request at our end. For example the cancellation received between 1000 – 1700 hours on a working day (Monday to Saturday) will be considered on the same day and the request beyond the time mentioned will be considered on the next day.
Check-in time at most of the hotels starts from 0730 hours to 1200 hours.
Your stay does not include additional personal expenses like telephone charges, meals that aren’t part of your meal plan, any hotel services you use (like laundry and room service) or tips. The hotel will charge you directly for these when you’re checking out.
Please note that our Tour Executive will be awaiting you holding a placard with your name written, at the exit gate of the Veersavarkar International Airport.
If you are arriving by ship, the same procedure applies as above at the harbor.
Tour Itinerary will be advised to you by our Guest Relations Executive after arrival. Tour Itinerary may be shuffled without prior notice because of holidays, inclement weather conditions etc.,. However all the sight seeing spots mentioned in the itinerary shall be covered.
The vehicle used will be exclusive for you but will not be at your disposal. It will be provided as per contract & will change sector wise. Extra charges are applicable for the vehicle used apart from the itinerary.
The Tour Itinerary is made and will be advised to the respective driver by our Operations department. Drivers will adhere the same and no alteration is permitted by the drivers. In case an alteration being necessitated due to weather change as mentioned above, it can made only by the Operations department and the same will be advised to you.
As the vehicle & drivers keep changing, we request you to take diligent care of your personal belongings throughout the tour.
We make contingency plans so that the sight-seeing and tour itinerary do not fall on a closing day.
Most of the sight-seeing spots listed in the Port Blair City Tour remain closed on Monday and other Government holidays.
Due to inclement weather conditions that may occur at Port Blair, some of the sight-seeing spots can be visited but may not be suitable for snorkeling, due to less or nil transparency of water. At some other spots, live coral which can be viewed through from a glass bottom boat could be affected owing to rain or overcast weather. Light & Sound Show conducted in an open-air amphi-theatre in the Cellular Jail too, is totally dependent on weather conditions.
There will be no refund of any non-utilized service in part or in full, what so ever may be the reason.
Check – out time of the hotels in the Havelock Island is 0800 hours and the return ferry for Port Blair is available only by 1600 hours. So you will be requested to check out in the morning and spend time in the lobby or in the nearby beach till the departure time. However, you can request the hotels for late check – out and the hotels will do the needful, subject to availability of rooms. If you need guaranteed late check –out, then you have to inform us in advance and the rooms can be provided @ 50% discount, subject to availability.
Check – out time of the hotels at Port Blair is 0800 hours. In case you are flying out on the afternoon flight, you can request the hotel for a late check – out and they will provide the room subject to availability. Or else you will be requested to check – out by 0800 hours and spend time in the hotel campus. Alternatively, you can book for extra tour with us.
Please note that our tour escorts are not permitted to do guiding at some of the sight seeing spots. So you are requested to hire professional guides for sight-seeing at the Cellular Jail and while in the Ross Island.
Sailing of ships absolutely depends on weather conditions.
We cannot be held responsible for any change in ferry timings as it is entirely controlled by the local administration.
Kindly note that we do not guarantee the sailing of ferry and in case it does not sail due to bad weather or a technical snag we will not be held liable for the same. Our liability is only to value of the ferry ticket and if any loss or extra payment for extra services needs to made, Neithal ventures will not be liable for it.
Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and in case the same is not available, we shall try and block you the next available categories and the difference for the same can be paid on arrival.
Jurisdiction in respect of any or all dispute/s arising out of in relation to this agreement shall vest exclusively in the court of Bangalore jurisdiction.
